This clause is a thinly disguised attempt to tax Americans, especially the middle and not-so middle class worker, tie the healthcare plan to IRS reporting requirements and subject Americans who choose not to participate in it and become victims to a known to be criminal healthcare empire and to make it a criminal offense not to comply, including $25,000 fine and/or one year in jail. This is by far the most sinister intrusion on our privacy, our freedom to choose and our civil rights. It cannot be allowed to become law.
This single clause will do more to disrupt the stability of our nation than any single other legislation in recent years as it will affect people with the least ability to pay, the unemployed, under-employed, and families with limited resources People who can’t afford to participate will be hounded, fined and if unable to pay the fine, jailed or subjected to becoming a ward of the criminal justice system for no crime at all.
Choosing not to participate in HRC 3962i at all is a legitimate choice and a civil right that cannot be legislated away by anybody. We humbly and respectfully submit that this clause in the bill is Anti-American, violates our civil rights and delivers us and our children into the hands of insurers who have well demonstrated their criminal intent, for which Congress, to date has offered no effective solution except to enrich these entities even further by attempting to submit 36 million more victims to their nefarious money scams by force of arms.
We The People of The United States Of America believe this law gives the government an illegal sanction to criminalize, and violate the persons and property of U.S. citizens for choosing to exercise the right to determine their own health care regimens.
We demand this clause be removed in its entirety from HRC 3962
