In Michigan, we’ve always valued education. It has never been more clear that a high school diploma is not enough to succeed in the 21st Century knowledge economy. Postsecondary education is the key to our students’ – and our state’s – success. That is why ending the Michigan Promise Scholarship would be shortsighted and wrong. I urge you to join me in taking action against the Senate Republican proposal to end the Michigan Promise Scholarship, and tell your friends.
