Senator Reid,

As you know, for more than a year, Republican delay tactics have kept three nominees from taking their positions on the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Operating with just two of its five members, the NLRB has been severely limited in its ability to crack down on companies engaging in unfair labor practices.

With Republican Scott Brown about to take office on February 11th, it’s essential that the Senate move forward on the NLRB nominations immediately.

Thank you for what you have already done to move the Senate forward on these nominations. Please keep this process moving forward to ensure that the NLRB is able to operate at full strength.

SenatorReid has not responded for about 1 month.
