Meanwhile, San Francisco is grappling with a $380 million budget deficit that is sure to mean draconian cuts in basic health and human services for the residents of Mid-Market. Instead of working for the corporations, Supervisor Kim should focus on delivering for the residents of Mid-Market, who are some of the poorest San Franciscans.
