As outlined by @allanbrauer here [ http://j.mp/jRSXkU ], we are reminded of Clarence Thomas’ past improprieties, as well as newer information which has not reached much of the public eye regarding the issues surrounding his initial confirmation. Tack onto that his wife Ginni and her involvement with the Heritage Foundation and Liberty Central, his decision to NOT disclose her income as related to such on tax returns, and you have the makings of a Supreme Cout Justice who cannot be be impartial…
