I would provide tuition assistance (TAP) to youth in New York State. @NYSYLC pushed for my introduction and it finally happened on 3/22/11. PASS ME ALREADY!

New York State Youth Leadership Council is urging New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to come out in support of the New York Dream Act and pass it in 2012.
This bill would provide financial assistance to undocumented youth in the state of new york.
