CODEPINK, Reprieve and the Center for Constitutional Rights are hosting the first International Drone Summit April 28-29 in Washington, DC. We have invited lawyer Shahzad Akbar to speak about his experience representing victims of U.S. drone strikes in Pakistan. Unfortunately he may miss this opportunity to tell the American public about the impact of U.S. drones strikes on the people of Pakistan because he has been unable to procure a visa. Send a letter to Consul General Steve Maloney to do all he can to make sure Shahzad is able to attend.
