Following the Western Mail’s comment piece 22 May saying that providing a bilingual service is “a luxury that (Wales) can’t afford”, we are calling on the Western Mail (the paper that brands itself as ‘The National Paper of Wales’)to apologise for insutling the people of Wales and to actively encourage and support bilingualism fully in Wales.
