The California Assembly recently joined the Senate in passing a bill to outlaw tail docking of dairy cows in California (SB 135).

Now, Governor Schwarzenegger needs to sign this important bill into law.

Please sign this petition and urge the Governor to sign this bill.

Schwarzenegger has not responded for 6 months.
