If so, can a misleading zestimate or computer valuation cause a buyer to pass over a home for sale online?

A home seller should have the right to remove an inaccurate Zillow zestimate (or other AVM) from their homes online, if the homeowner believes it can be misleading. Zillow and others ought to give home owners this opt-out.
