We are asking that all candidates in CA abide by CA law that bans all automated political phone calls.

California Public Utilities Code Sections 2871-2876 specifically bans all robocalls (political and commercial) that are not preceded by a live voice.

Enforce the law as AG and uphold the law as a candidate.
